A big project of mine this year is to film for the iInnovate Regional Skills Lab, an incredible program bringing hands-on, STEM-based career exploration to K–6 classrooms across the Central Coast.
Each month, students dive into new lessons tied to local industries like aerospace, ag-tech, clean energy, and construction, helping them see real career pathways and discover their interests long before high school (something I wish I had growing up).
Each lesson begins with one of our videos, introducing students to a local company and a local professional, revealing the possibilities we have right in our own backyard. They then receive a box full of materials to do a lesson related to the career they just watched.
Our first month featured Power Skills, a strong introduction for kids to understand the importance of Coachability, Communication, Perseverance, and more.

Amazing right? These are exactly the type of projects I love working on, making our world a stronger, happier place one video at a time.
