1. Phase out or pagbawal gamitin ng mga unmaintained na sasakyan (puv, cars and motor) dami saskayan unmaintained na, dami na tama pinapatakbo pa, very dangerous sa kalsada if wala pang maintain ingatan mo siya im sure luluwag kalsada nito..
