"นับว่าเป็นร้านเราเป็นร้านแรกในจังหวัดระนอง และร้านลำดับต้นๆ ในประเทศ ที่นำเมนูของทะเลมาทำให้เข้ากับกัญชา พร้อมนำเมนูที่เป็นซิกเนเจอร์ของระนอง เช่น กุ้งมังกร หรือระนองเรียกชื่อว่า "ไจแอนท์" มาปรุงเมนูชื่อ "ไจแอนท์อาละวาด" โดยนำกุ้งมังกรสดมาแล่นำเนื้อออกแล้วรองด้วยใบกัญชา จากนั้นยัดเนื้อกลับเข้าไปในตัวกุ้งมังกรอีกครั้ง พร้อมใส่จานเปลนำไปนึ่งให้สุก"
