It’s officially time to share that I’ll be starting maternity leave on August 20th! 🍼✨

Still tying up a few loose ends—about 5 galleries left to edit and 3 shoots to go—but my goal is to wrap everything up before the end of the month. 🙌🏼 Almost there!

Looking ahead: My books are open for Spring 2026 and beyond! 🤩 I might offer Winter Minis (TBD depending on how newborn life is treating me 😅), but for now, if you’re hoping to work together next year, head to my website or use the link in bio to inquire.

I’ll be a little quieter on here as I finish editing, soak up the last days of this pregnancy, and step into the cozy chaos of newborn life.

Now that I got some film back I feel like I can finally post THEEEE cutest backyard proposal for one of my bestest friends. 🥹😭 I cannot even tell you how heartwarming it was to be able to witness and capture this moment, also I don’t think I’ve ever been so nervous in all my life to capture a moment. Haha I’m so beyond excited for these two and this new chapter of not only buying their first house together but also now becoming engaged all in the same week. Ugh love you guys - you two deserve it all & are truly made for one another!! Congrats again! ❤️

Talk about the dreamiest maternity session, not sure if it was the fact we rescheduled this mini for better weather, the way 3 deer perfectly walked into the background, or the way this mama-to-be is absolutely GLOWING or maybe it’s just the combo of it all. This shoot was straight magical & I’m so honored I was able to capture such a special time of their lives! Truly obsessed!!!! 😍

When your photos turn out better than your moodboard !! 👏🏼😍

Obsessed with these two and their obvious love for one another! They are always so playful and down for any adventure like rolling around in the snow or taking my dad’s old sled that hasn’t been used in over 20 years out for a spin. (I made sure to leave out all the falling photos for now lol)

It’s always extra special photographing friends & people you care about! My heart is so so full ☃️

Courtney & Josh’s incredible day… ON FILM 😭😍 I am sooooo happy I randomly brought my film camera to this wedding and had so much fun using it as an addition to my digital camera. Not only was this day an absolute dream from start to finish but having some photos on film just put the cherry on top to the most epic day!! Now I want every wedding I shoot from here on out to include film photos - what do you think? How excited would you be to find some extra photos from your day on film? ✨

You might have noticed that Bennett and I have officially restarted our creative studio and with that our books are back open to booking brand photography, video, web design, and all other growth marketing services to help grow small businesses! ⚡️

Which means I’ll be posting all my brand photos and videos from now on over there and dedicating my Lora Wagener Co. account to all my other photography work I also love doing: portraits, weddings, couples, maternity, families, etc.

This makes me really excited because I feel like for so long I didn’t want to post things and make people confused but now having 2 specific businesses pages with dedicated places to post each work makes my little brain happy!!! So here’s to having no excuse to not be posting more recent work! 😎
