When a thrift store gets a glow up remodel, then you go!! Last weekend was my first chance to get to the new in Manassas, and they did not disappoint!

What I love:
➡️ A beautiful, spacious store that is easy to get around. Open spaces make it simple to find your next treasure. Items for everyone- men, women, kids!

➡️ The shoes!!!! As always, they have amazing brands and styles. I was spotting the cutest sandals, boots, sneakers, and heels, all at great prices.

➡️ A large homegoods and home decor area. Loved seeing all the art, furniture, and rugs!

We had an amazing 4th! We had a small group of friends over, cooked burgers & hot dogs on the grill, and I tried to make one of my favorite childhood desserts!

I was obviously dying to wear this dress from , and it was perfect for yesterday!

I sipped straight up Coca Cola all night, and it was delicious!! I know, tons of sugar, but for one night it was so good!!!

I messed up the dessert a little- the graham cracker crust was tough to cut through, but it was all still tasty!

We ended the night with fireworks in the cul-de-sac, courtesy of friend. He picks the best assortment, and we are so lucky to see a wonderful show!

The secret is out!! I've been working hard behind the scenes to officially launch the Loudoun Thrift guided thrift walking tours, and I'm excited to bring you the new website!

➡️ I'd love for you all to give a quick visit to the site. I'm not tech savvy at all, but I did the site myself, so I'm sure this will be a forever work in progress 😅

➡️ On the site, you'll find tour details, FAQ's, info about yours truly, and the booking info. I'm currently offering small group tours of 2-6 people.

Warning: you may never leave this massive Secondhand bookstore in Manassas! My friends, let me introduce you to !

What I love:

➡️ Not just for book lovers- they have so much more. Vinyl, CD's, DVD's, board games, video games, toys, activity sets, puzzles, and more.

➡️ The layout and organization is amazing. They have signs posted throughout regarding the genres, and they also have an area where you can search for a book you might be looking for.

➡️ Prices are outstanding. I was seeing roughly 50% off on newer books, but I snagged some paperbacks for 89 cents and 39 cents!!!!!!! My daughter's books were under $5 each!

➡️ They have a trade-in program, so you can bring your used books and other items in. They offer cash out and trade options. See their website for more details.

This is hands down worth a trip to Manassas. Bonus: Ollie's is literally next door, and Dollar Tree is a few doors away. Also, the new is just about a 2 min drive! If you go, let me know!

Meet Loudoun's newest thrift boutique: Leesburg!

➡️ This store delivers the same amazing vibe and charm of the Purcellville location. Fans will not be disappointed! So much to see & awesome inspo

➡️ A mix of clothing, shoes, accessories for the family plus home decor, vintage, antique

➡️ Open 7 days a week ( love this!!), and they have spacious fitting rooms!

➡️ Follow them as they have various ongoing sales ( they are great about posting their sales!!)

➡️ Ample parking & they have the cutest building on the campus

This under the radar spot will become your new crafting destination! Perfect for any DIYers, Makers, Crafters, Teachers, Kiddos, or literally anyone else!

➡️ A small but mighty store- they have literally any type of arts/crafting items, fabrics, decor, paints, yarn, cardstock, crayons, etc. I could go on!

➡️ All items are donated / secondhand, and you will find new with tags or items still in original packaging! The store is a non-profit also, so you get to shop for a cause!

➡️ They make it fun and easy to shop- there are 2 rooms to shop from where you fill a bag for a set price. I love this idea!!

➡️ Check their website for various classes & workshops. You can donate art/craft supplies to them also ( see website for what is accepted).

➡️ Address: 203 Loudoun St SW Leesburg. They are tucked in a cozy lower level, so make sure to look for their sign. If you go, let me know!

I have a few things to say about these photos:

➡️ Although I'm an outgoing person, having my photo taken is completely out of my comfort zone. I'm the person that never likes how I look in pictures, and I always feel awkward inside.

➡️ Enter Crystal from . We met a few months back at a networking event, and quickly bonded over our love of thrifting. While I needed brand photos & was nervous to do them, Crystal's approach and energy had me at ease from the beginning!

➡️ She suggested the amazing in Purcellville for our location, and I have to say, this was an amazing choice!

➡️ The entire session was fun, as Crystal guided me through various poses or what to do with my hands. She knew exactly how to get the best shots while making me feel comfortable. I was amazed at the few snaps she showed me during the session.

➡️ Takeaways- networking and connections work! Crystal creates magic with her camera! Graffiti & Silk is just the coolest thrift store!

You know it's one of my thrift secrets! You can shop kids consignment for yourself! Meet Wear It Again Kid Leesburg , where you'll find items from infants the whole way through teens ( which usually means there are some womens sizes also). I was spotting some popular brands!

➡️ We love our seasonal sales, but now you have a way to shop kids consignment the whole year. Don't let the outside fool you- this shop expands once you get inside and is chock full of anything needed for your kids as well as amazing clothing!

➡️ I loved seeing the ongoing sales! You can also sign up as a consigner to make a little extra money.

➡️ Well organized & very well curated. Definitely worth a visit the next time you're in Leesburg. Go for the kiddos, but don't forget to look for yourself!!🙂
