Update time: I am less than 50 days from arriving at America’s Ideal Miss!! My days consist of everything from working with coaches, going to fittings, modeling in the studio, getting packages from national sponsors, styling, working out, mock interviews, and some special projects I can’t wait to reveal on the nationals stage! 🌟

As I share my official headshot and some other behind the scenes photos of my road to nationals, I want to take a moment of gratitude for everyone who has helped me so far in any way. I am looking forward to representing the commonwealth of Virginia and MYSELF on the Ideal Miss stage. 👑🩵

Talk about the most IDEAL weekend, I was so blessed to attend the National Worshop and Sherri Hill party at her headquarters! ✨ It was so amazing to meet queens, and gain some helpful info. Also I met and spoke with the amazing national director, Neely, and the queen Sherri Hill!!! 🤩 Ideal Miss has amazing sponsors that makes this all possible, Lasting Impressions Formal Wear Thank you to my amazing directors for your help and all the fun we had, love you both! As your 2024 America’s Ultimate Miss, I want to give a HUGE good luck to all the contestants competing at Ultimate Miss this weekend! I am sorry to say I am unable to be there this weekend, but I can’t wait to see who will be crowned the new set of queens!

I have been so lucky to have been a part of this organization, I am so grateful for all the girls, moms and sister queens I’ve been able to get to know. And extra grateful for the BEST directors!

Today I closed out on a chapter near and dear to my heart. Getting back into pageants was probably one of the best things I’ve done, and I couldn’t have done it without POISE Pageantry. 🩵 It all started with a prelim, which led to Miss VA Star where I won my first state title. I kept the momentum up and won national and highpoint state titles I could have never even dreamed of. I am so lucky to have been a part of the POISE family! To all my sister queens, you are amazing and beautiful inside and out. To my directors thank you for supporting me every step of the way. And to the new queens, enjoy your year, it goes by quicker than you’d think! 🫶🏻

I am a firm believer in the statement, “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure” As I’ve been preparing to move out I’ve been able to donate a ton of stuff to various places around Harrisonburg so that it can be useful to those who need it. Just because it’s no longer useful to me doesn’t make it garbage!

I’ve donated:
- toothbrushes to the Salvation Army
- books to Free Little Libraries
- clothes and unused kitchen items to various families and nonprofit thrift stores
- Nonperishable food items with Stamp out Hunger
- Perishable food items to help families in need
- Furniture items to family who could make better use of it

Try to remember that there are much better places for stuff you don’t need than the landfill! Landfills are already overfilled. Give new life to your old stuff and give it to those who could use it!! I do this mostly with the Buy Nothing page in my area, this allows for more sustainable modes of passing things on!
