Hi everyone. Hope you all keeping well. And everyone is healthy as can be.

I decided to step away from streaming a while ago to focus on improving my health and the wellbeing of people around me.

I had reached 25 stone in weight and had a massive list of health problems all caused by abusing my body.

I have scars emotional and physical because of this and they my fade with time but will never dissappear.

I have a coupple of photos to show of the changes I have made so far, they arnt the best quality and I'm very embarrassed about showing them but I'll put them on because I promised I would at the start.

Not sure how many of you guys will see them anyway. But thanks, I'm planning on starting to stream and document the changes I have made as well as gameplay on the new call of duty between release and Christmas 🎄.

Just a quick update people, still working on myself. Those numbers have changed quite a bit from the last post I'm currently 123 pounds lighter.

Started July last year at 350 pounds currently 227 still a way to go and some muscle to build but we are getting there.

Hope to see you all soon.

I'll post some photos when I get some decent ones. 😁
