Ever since she was a little girl glued to HGTV, our Permian Basin Real Producers September Kynleigh Joy Stroebel has dreamed of helping people turn a house into a home. From flipping through project booklets at Lowe’s to leading student council and NHS, she’s always been a natural helper.

Today, that childhood dream is her real life. A proud Big Spring native, Kynleigh traded in waitressing shifts and an oil & gas job for the career she was born for in real estate. And she’s only just getting started.

All native Midlanders, Ashley Irons, Amber Grissom, and Shonna Garcia combined their years of experience to launch Maven Real Estate Group just two years ago. What began as late-night planning sessions and a shared vision for an empowering work environment has grown into one of the top brokerages in the Permian Basin. 💼

Their success was almost immediate, thanks to strong reputations, deep local knowledge, and a relentless drive. But numbers only tell part of the story. At the heart of Maven is a culture that celebrates faith, mentorship, and teamwork. Every Monday, the team gathers for Maven Morning Meetings, starting with prayer, followed by business, brainstorming, and camaraderie. What do education and real estate have in common? More than you’d think. That’s exactly what our Permian Basin Real Producers Kimberly Carrasco discovered when she traded school hallways for home showings.

A longtime educator with Ector County ISD, Kimberly spent years teaching before transitioning into special education, where she now serves as a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments and a Certified Orientation & Mobility Specialist. Her passion? Helping students live fully and independently on their own terms. ❤️

In late December, Kimberly decided to take on a new challenge: real estate. With encouragement from her broker Gina Lujan of Meraki Home Realty, and plenty of experience investing in properties with her husband, she took the leap. 🏡

Her biggest passion lies in helping first-time buyers and fellow investors, blending her hands-on know-how with the same empowering spirit she brings to her students. Whether it’s explaining the homebuying process or digging trenches in 105-degree heat, Kimberly isn’t afraid to put in the work.

Off the clock, Kimberly is all about family, fun, and connection. She and her husband have a blended family, love tackling DIY projects, and sneak away to her favorite getaway—Destin, Florida—whenever they can. ☀️
