Our Permian Basin Real Producers , Julianne Hernandez Davila, knew early on that real estate was more than a job—it was her purpose. At just 18 years old, she earned her license and jumped into the industry with grit, heart, and a deep desire to help others achieve the dream of homeownership. 💫

Born and raised in Big Spring, Julianne's passion for real estate is rooted in personal experience. Her mother once faced homelessness as a child, and that history fuels Julianne’s mission to create lasting change—one home at a time. 🏡

16 years ago, our Permian Basin Real Producers , Stacie Russell took a leap of faith — and turned a gut feeling into a thriving family legacy. 💫

She had already built a solid career in insurance, banking, and auto finance, but something was missing. With a little nudge from her husband, Randy, she stepped into real estate — and never looked back.

By the end of her first year, Stacie was a multimillion-dollar producer. Randy got licensed soon after, and together they built Starz Realty, LLC, their own brokerage built on hustle, heart, and high standards. 💼

Today, their team includes their son Colton, a full property management division, and a second brokerage in Granbury. Stacie handles everything from residential to commercial, land development to rentals — and she means it when she says real estate is a lifestyle, not a gig. 🙌

At 53, Amy didn’t just change careers — she reinvented herself. After 12 years in the corporate world and 23 years as a massage therapist, a hand injury forced her to pivot. But instead of slowing down, Amy stepped into real estate with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of faith. 🙏

She got licensed in December 2023 and hit the ground running. In just her first year, Amy has already closed more than $3.4 million in sales and joined the powerhouse team at Jeannie Cooley Real Estate Group, LLC. 💥
