09.07.25 - Every Wednesday, I cook lunch for our local parish office. There are no specific weekly menu requests; they leave it all up to me to choose the menu. So every week, I challenge myself and cook different dishes.

This week, I cooked my version of one of my favorite Italian stews, which is Chicken Cacciatore.

I love this hearty meal served with pasta and bread to dip into the sauce. Another option is rice and a side of veggies.

Hopefully, they like this stew as much as I do. 🙏🏻❤️

Hello SYD Peeps 👋🏻

We are back in the kitchen this weekend, I know it's been a while.I have food tray orders this coming Sunday and I will make some extras cause na miss nyo na ata luto ko. Dami nag ask kailan ba ako ulet mag cook? 😁✌🏻

I won't be securing any orders now but packed containers will go up for a quick sale and they should be ready for pick up in time for Sunday Lunch 🙂
