Tried to explore the Christmas Market on crutches, all that gymnastics training paid off as most of the work was done using arms 😆
Thank you to all the donations on the gofundme it amazes us every day as to how many people support Alex from around the world. Tough times but he knows he's not alone ❤️
He's managed 1 pool session in the last 4 months and as basic as it was that set him back weeks. Now we've pulled pool totally and manage maybe 1 session of dry diving to keep his head in the game.
The foot just has no stability and when it gains some strength through the physio exercises it seems to roll again causing him pain for days.
That said, mri soon and then a plan without guessing!! Roll on 2025.
