1. We have noted with concern that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has openly commended the Government of Finland, despite the fact that Finland has, knowingly or unknowingly, been associated with matters involving gross violations of international law.

2. As international lawyers, we wish to make it categorically clear that we are now taking over the matter through the appropriate European courts. We shall subpoena you in Person as the head of all the Military ,Police , DSS and other agencies that dehumanize Nigeria

3. We shall expose the systematic acts of international terrorism and gross human rights violations being perpetrated by the Nigerian Government—acts which include abductions, unlawful renditions, and disregard for international judicial orders.

4. Nigeria has already carried out the abduction and unlawful rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in blatant violation of international law.

5. Furthermore, there were clear plans, in collaboration with Finnish authorities, to unlawfully rendition Simon Ekpa—plans which we successfully blocked through legal action in Europe.

6. Next week, we shall approach the Old Bailey in London to seek a judicial summons against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

7. Our petition will call on the court to compel him to appear before a judge in the United Kingdom to answer serious queries regarding his government’s consistent violations of human rights against the Nigerian people.

8. We shall also seek binding orders ensuring that, once he steps foot on UK soil, he is compelled to respond to these summons. This culture of brutalizing Nigerians with impunity while enjoying international legitimacy will soon come to an end.

9. The world must understand that justice delayed cannot become justice denied. Accountability is inevitable.

Truth Nugget: The Implication of Finland's Judgement against our PM, Mazi Simon Ekpa Njoku.

What is happening in Finland concerning the purported judgement indicting our PM, Mazi Simon Ekpa Njoku clearly show the complicity of Finland/Europe in the subjugation of our dear nation, Biafra.

Otherwise, why is Finland fighting for Nigeria?

Prime Minister, Mazi Simon Ekpa Njoku has committed no crime against the Finnish Government, people or country. Rather, he has served that country in various capacities as a military reserve, politician and lawyer. His reputation in Finland is stellar and documented.

His only crime is his push for his people's escape from the subjugation of Nigeria!

So, why is Finland involved in this? Why has
Finland become an advocate for Nigeria?

This is very simple!

Finland, like a lot of European nations is dependent on cheap African raw materials such as oil and gas.

And Nigeria, as one of the
African countries still tied to the apron strings of their colonial masters is a ready supplier of cheap raw materials.

Finland sees the emergence of Biafra as a
threat to her economic well-being and access to cheap raw resources and is fighting tooth and nail to stop that emergence.

This is a clear departure from the attitude and political leanings of
Finland of the 1967-70s that demonstrated true statehood and global solidarity with a nation seeking for self determination like it did from Russia.

Today, we have a Finnish government that is leading its people down the path of manipulative politics of the nature that countries such as Britain and France have practiced for decades.

We must brace
ourselves to confront this affront on our right to self determine by appealing the kangaroo judgement achieved by Nigeria in proxy using Finland, to its logical conclusion.

The fight our PM is facing in Finland is the exact same one being faced by our Onyendu, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Europe is behind it all in their quest to keep Africa tied to them as suppliers of cheap resources for their industries and people.

We must reclaim our land and sovereignty from puppets like Nigeria
who are bent on selling us for cheap in perpetuity!

Biafrans Reject the Ruling in Finland as Finland Acknowledges United States of Biafra USB Independence; sentences PM to 6 years concurrently (3 years in jail of which 9 months have been served in detention). This ruling will be appealed

Nigeria today stands exposed: its state institutions have collapsed and can no longer deliver justice or protect democracy.

It is now clear that Nigeria has lost the battle to silence voices of Biafra through illegal extradition.

A six-year sentence (concurrently 3 years): to be appealed cannot extinguish the quest for self-determination. Instead, it proves that the United States of Biafra Independence has shifted into the legal arena—where rights, justice, and the voices of the people cannot be muted.

The recent verdict handed down by the Päijät-Häme District Court in Finland regarding His Excellency PM Simon Ekpa has far-reaching political and legal implications beyond the individual case.

By declaring that the pursuit of Biafra’s independence was carried out through “illegal means,” the Finnish judiciary has made a clear and undeniable distinction: the issue at hand was not Biafra’s right to self-determination or independence, but rather the methods allegedly employed.

This is a critical point. If the very objective — the independence of Biafra; were unlawful under Finnish or international law, the court would have had no need to qualify its ruling with reference to “illegal means.” Instead, by focusing on the alleged conduct rather than the political goal, Finland’s justice system has implicitly recognized the legitimacy of Biafra’s Declaration of Independence as a political and democratic aspiration.

Finland, as a member of the European Union and a signatory to the United Nations Charter, has once again affirmed the core principle of international law: all peoples have the right to self-determination. The Biafran people, who declared independence through a democratic process, are no exception.

Thus, this ruling can be seen not as a rejection of Biafra’s independence movement, but as a direct acknowledgment that Biafra’s right to independence is legitimate and lawful; provided it is pursued through peaceful and democratic means.

The Biafran nation and its citizens around the world take note of this important distinction. The Finnish court has elevated Biafra’s Indepence and Sovereignty from the margins of international discourse into the realm of recognized political legitimacy.

This ruling will be appealed.
