More evidence that racism doesn't exist.

This $hit is unacceptable and should be everywhere. They were denying claims or paying less based on some archaic belief that black players started off with lower cognitive ability. Let that $hit sink in....



Oh...and this was well into the 2000s.

The NFL has agreed to halt the use of "race-norming" -- which assumed Black players started out with lower cognitive functioning -- in the $1 billion settlement of brain injury claims and to review past scores for potential race bias.
