Just like Taylor Swift, we're never done with announcements!

Join us on Friday, October 3rd, as we celebrate the release of THE LIFE OF A SHOWGIRL by Taylor like no other event before!

We're talking a friendship bracelet-making party!
Can't forget the dance party!
Selfie stations? Yes please!
Fun face painting? So fetch! (Come on, it's October 3rd!)
The music? 100% Taylor with her new album the center focus!

We will be hosting two separate parties from 3-5pm and 5-7pm on 10/3 right here inside the Squatch Den! If you can comment inside the event page what time you plan to attend and the size of your attending party, it will help us to plan accordingly. If we see the need for more parties, we will host more on Saturday.

As always, this is all thanks to you! We know how much this album means to you, so we knew we had to do something to reward all of you who show out for us

We have THREE (3) tickets to the Paranormal Cirque for tonight or tomorrow- your choice!

How do you get these tickets? Well, you gotta come find them hidden inside the Squatch Den. We know, there's so much stuff to go through, how could you possibly find them? Don't worry, here's some clues to help you:

Just Announced For Pre-Order

In our efforts to bring you the best vinyl selection possible, we are bringing you two new from none other than Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Darlene Love and a musical act that will be inducted at some point in the future; The Roots.

Hailed as one of Rolling Stone’s all-time greatest singers and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Darlene Love provided standout vocals for numerous 1960s classic tracks and a slew of producer Phil Spector’s greatest hits, including “Be My Baby,” He’s A Rebel,” and many more. This 11-track concert performance documents her triumphant re-emergence as a solo artist and musical force of nature.

In 1995, The Roots burst onto the scene with their seminal debut album, Do You Want More?!!!??!, which garnered critical acclaim and cemented them as a powerhouse group fusing elements of various genres with their signature live instrumentation. Thirty years later, in March 2025, The Roots played a three-day, six-show residency at the legendary Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City. To cap off the 30th Anniversary, The Roots will release the full performance on vinyl.

Both of these legendary live perfomances will be available for you to take home on these exclusive vinyl variants on November 28th, but just like other RSD Essentials, these are pressed to order, and orders are due in by 9/15 to secure your copies. Anything after that we will do our best to get you a copy for your collection!

It's going to be a GREAT day! The line has already begun to form for the twenty one pilots listening party that kicks off today at 2pm!

Let's go over everything one more time for you:

ENTRY FEE: Absolutely FREE to join us!

*Wristbands / Posters -- these are free to anyone who comes to the party, and will be first come first serve.

Additionally, there are exclusive vinyl variants that will be available ONLY at the listening event. These can NOT be ordered before the party and can not be shipped. These will be available for you to take home on release day (September 12th) and will only be available for pickup in our physical store.

In essence, the party will be treated similarly to Record Store Day. The line has begun to form but numbers will not be handed out until 130pm and the event will begin at 2pm.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TWENTY ONE PILOTS

This update is regarding the TWENTY ONE PILOTS x SQUATCH DEN - 'BREACH' Listening Event that we are hosting at 2PM Saturday.

We completely understand your excitement (and anxiety) surrounding this event. Many of you have called in with questions and requests, and we feel that with how many calls & messages we have received, it would be best to go over everything for all attendees.

WHEN: Saturday, September 6th at 2PM

WHERE: Squatch Den Records inside the Arnot Mall (Horseheads, NY) between JCPenney and Spencer's Gifts

ENTRY FEE: Absolutely FREE to join us!

As with our listening events, there are items that are sent to be given away to attendees, and sometimes there are extra items or exclusive items sent for the release.

For this party, we will have posters and bracelets to give to all attendees (while supplies last).

Additionally, there are exclusive vinyl variants that will be available ONLY at the listening event. These can NOT be ordered before the party and can not be shipped. These will be available for you to take home on release day (September 12th) and will only be available for pickup in our physical store.

At the time of posting, we are unsure of the number of picture discs we will have available due to allocations, but we do expect to have less than ten of each variant (five variants). At this time we are limiting the picture discs to one per person due to their limited nature. We will also have the indie exclusive blue smoke variant available, that you can reserve at any time.

We are unable to hand out any of the promotional items before the event starts and we are unable to take requests for the picture discs before the party.

In essence, the party will be treated similarly to Record Store Day. We will start handing out tickets at 130PM, but you are welcome to show up earlier than 130PM and wait 'in line' similarly to Record Store Day.
