A post about mental health…
I posted this on my stories this weekend, but I felt like I wanted it to have a permanent spot on the feed:
Full transparency, my mental health got to a pretty rough spot a couple of weeks ago. I wasn’t sleeping much and was combating that with more caffeine than I can handle. I still have not had coffee, but even things with “lower amounts of caffeine” got to be too much for me. My anxiety was really bad and I had a couple of panic attacks. I’m laying off any caffeine again for a bit and working to get my brain back. It’s a process, but I know what is needed.
I share all of this to say that if you too are struggling, know you’re not alone and we have got this! I just hope that by sharing my story and keeping it real with all of you, that this can inspire others and that someone else can feel less alone. Battling anxiety is exhausting and feels overwhelming, but you can do this. You’re loved my friends.
