Guwahati, Today, 12 February, 2024 in according to the press report of Mamata Limbu the secretary of Northeast Committee , the meeting of Yakthung Ladze Limbuwan National Council (YLLNC) Northeast Committee has held in the presidency of Junkiri S***a in presence of Suhaang KK S***a in Guwahati. The meet of the Northeast Committee has been approved the members of Northeast Committee respectively as Mr Ranjit Khapung Limbu representing from Teju, Arunachal and Raj Khungur Basumatray representing from Kumarikatta, Tamulpur.
As well as the teamwork of Arunachal State Committee of Yakthung Ladze Limbuwan National Council (YLLNC) has been approved in the presidency of Mr Karan S***a Singak from Tezu and Mr Amor Thopra Limbu in the designation of Secretary from Tezu. Accordingly, Mrs Manju Chhetri from Kalipur as the nominated members of Department of Woman of Northeast Committee of YLLNC also been approved and exposed publicly.
In the meeting, President Junkiri S***a directed to the newly approved members to perform their responsibilities acutely. The Suhaang Mr KK S***a also said that all the people of the territory of Yakthung Ladze Limbuwan should have to be united from different places to accumulate the issues of nationality of Yakthung Ladze Limbuwan and also conveyed his best wishes for their successful tenure to all teamwork.

Verdict of Supreme Court of India affected Yakthung Tsongs

Today, Siliguri 8 February 2023 on regarding the contemporary issues of the verdict of Supreme Court of India in 13 th January 2023 to the Sikkimese people have been practiced to derail the historical terms and existence of the Yakthung Tsongs or Limbus. The Yakthung Tsongs are the ancient rulers of the Sikkim before the commitment of Lho-Men-Tsong Sum in 1642 and the verdict of Supreme Court have been reacted as wrong decision of which have intermingled along with the terms of Nepalese or Gorkhali in accordance with the Tutugyen Suhaang Nir Kumar Sambahangphe Limbu in the meeting of Yakthung Ladze Limbuwan National Council (YLLNC) in Silguri.
In the meeting, So many issues were raised for the territory of Yakthung Ladze Limbuwan pertaining to the nationality, unity and struggle for the way out of independent land. The tummyahangma members of the council Sancha Khamdak Poudyal reported the disturbance of the verdict and suggested to the concerning people to be aware for the historical aspects of the Yakthung Tsongs as well as that should have been taken back to rectify the verdict as separate status of Yakthung Tsong or Limbus in Sikkim whereas it is the territory of Yakthung Ladze Limbuwan from time immemorial.

Lalitpur,Thursday,26 January 2023 former MISS LIMBU PHOTOGENIC -2014, Asika Sambahangphe has married with Mr Subas Limbu,residents of UK, in the District Court office of Lalitpur.
They had been in affair since a year ago and had engaged in two days before in Kathmandu with the family. Since, Mrs Sambahangphe is journalist as well as involved in politics and Mr Subas Limbu is computer software engineer by occupation in United Kingdom.
