Recently, I had the privilege of meeting students at UT McCombs School of Business 🎓📚as part of Mentorship program by Texas ALPFA organization !!

Walking back onto campus was nostalgic 💭💛 and reminded me of my own college days.

It was inspiring to meet so many bright, ambitious students 🌟🔥 eager to learn, grow, and begin their careers.

Mentorship can act like a GPS 🧭🚗 — guiding mentees in the right direction, helping them avoid wrong turns, and providing that timely nudge 🚀💨 to accelerate their journey!!

I’m truly grateful for the chance to give back and support the next generation of leaders 🙌💙.

I proved this to myself recently—after arriving late to a conference (delayed flight + rainy commute 😅), I had zero time to prepare before stepping on stage. But the second I reminded myself “they’re on my side,” my energy shifted 🚀

I was able to deliver a stellar talk once I made this powerful mindset shift 🌟

10 miles. No emails. No notifications. Just trees, sweat, and silence. 🌲🥾🧘‍♀️

We started our hike along Lake Jenkinson on a perfect summer day — full of energy, lively conversations, and a fast pace. ☀️

But by mile 7, things shifted. We got quieter. The group naturally spread out. Each of us found our own rhythm, walking alone, deep in thought, and navigating the messy middle — where discomfort creeps in and the temptation to turn back gets real.

That part? That’s where growth happens. 💡

Here’s what the hike reminded me about navigating challenges and staying the course:

✨ Pacing matters — you don’t have to sprint to make meaningful progress
✨ You’re stronger than you think — but only when you’re tested will you truly see it
✨ The view always feels better after the hardest climb

And one more thing — the path gets easier (and a lot more enjoyable) when you’re surrounded by the right people. Support, encouragement, and shared silence can go a long way. 💬👣❤️

It’s easy to stay motivated at the start. But the real transformation happens in the middle — when it’s hard, quiet, and uncertain.
