HELD A GANG CONSISTING (05) NOTORIOUS ACCUSED WHO MADE CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY FOR MURDER– SEIZED – RS. 40,000/- AND 02 CELL PHONES.
The Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team, Hyderabad along with Falaknuma Police have apprehended (05) members gang, who made Criminal Conspiracy for Murder – Seized:- Rs. 40,000/- and 02 Cell Phones at the instance of the accused persons.
DETAILS OF THE ACCUSED PERSONS:-
1. Syed Faiyaz, age. 39 yrs, Occ: Realstate R/o Falaknuma Hyderabad
2. Syed Zaffer Uddin @ Abbu, age. 40 yrs, Occ: Real Estate Business, R/o Falaknuma, Hyderabad
3. Mohd Khaleeluddin, age. 30 yrs, Occ: Pvt Employee R/o Falaknuma, Hyderabad ( Suspect sheeter of Falaknuma PS )
4. Mohd Ibrahim, age. 30 yrs, Occ: Driver, R/o Mailardevpally, RR Dist,. (Rowdy Sheeter of Mailardevpally PS)
5. Syed Younus @ Ajju, age: 28 yrs, R/o Falaknuma, Hyderabad

Cr.No.268/2025 U/sec 61(2) (a) BNS of Falaknuma Police Station.
Brief facts of the case:-
All the above said accused persons are born and brought up from Hyderabad and residing at various places by doing various professions. They are involved in various criminal cases. The prime accused Syed Faiyaz is doing real estate business, and also doing settlements in disputed lands illegally with the assistance of the above said accused persons. Further, Syed Faiyaz and one Mujahid @ Mujju( Rowdy Sheeter of Dundigal PS) both are having previous grudges each other on money matters and said Mujahid @ Mujju murdered one Ismail on money issues and lodged in Central Prison, Chanchalguda. Syed Faiyaz came to know that, Mujahid @ Mujju is waiting to eliminate him. Anticipating his intentions, Syed Faiyaz has decided to eliminate Mujahid. Recently, Mujahid @ Mujju was released from jail on parole and moving freely. Then, he conspired with his associates to carry out the murder for a sum of Rs. 15 Lakhs, paying an advance of Rs. Rs. 40,000/- to them and the remaining amount will be paid after eliminating said Mujahid @ Mujju.
Based on credible information about the criminal conspiracy for murder, the Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team along with Falaknuma Police apprehended the Syed Faiyaz along with his associates and seized Rs. 40,000/- and 02 Cell Phones at their instance. All the accused and seized items have been handed over to Falaknuma Police for further investigation. Subsequently, the Falaknuma Police have registered a case in Cr.No.268/2025 U/s 61(2)(a) BNS and the investigation is in progress.
The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri. S. Raghavendra, Inspector of Police, South Zone, Hyderabad, K. Adi Reddy Inspector of Police, Falaknuma PS, SIs S/Sri N. Naveen, Mohd Samiuz Zama, M. Mahesh and Staff of South Zone Task Force, Hyderabad City along with Falaknuma Police, Hyderabad.
