Personal Training at Power & Fitness (Bloomington, IL)
Sessions are 50 minutes and include:
• A workout individualized to your goals (strength, muscle, mobility, athletic performance)
• A session summary emailed within 48 hours (weights used, coaching notes, action steps)
• Access to dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, leg press, and cable machines
• A clean, supportive environment to refine your form and push safely
With 10+ years of professional training experience, I keep things intentional and simple...no gimmicks, just proven methods to get stronger, move better, and feel more confident.
Don't get it twisted though. Simple doesn't mean it'll be easy.
Whether you mostly train at home and want in-person guidance, need heavier weights, or just want a fresh push without a long-term contract, there's an option available for you.
Training options:
• 1-on-1: $75 per session (same-day cancellation: $35 fee)
• Semi-private (2 people): $60 per person ($120 total)
• Semi-private (3 people): $50 per person ($150 total)
