Kristine Meldrum, BA, ACE, is the award-winning author of the book Parkinson's: How to Reduce Symptoms Through Exercise, with contributions by Dr. Jay Alberts at The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and Professor Daniel M. Corcos at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. The book's foreword is written by Professor Bastiaan R. Bloem, MD, PhD, FRCPE, the Director of the Radboud Centre of Expertise for Parkinson's and Movement Disorders in the Netherlands. Kristine is an exercise professional with over a decade of experience in the fitness and medical fitness industry. She holds nine NCCA professional certifications, including several for Parkinson's disease.
