Hello chicken nuggets!
Sorry for going MIA for a bit.
Mixture of being away from phone + focusing on recovering + busy with gym errands 🤗
On a great note, I’m able to put enough weight on my knee to take baby steps.
Swelling has drastically gone down and my knee is starting to look like a regular knee again.
Unfortunately PT was pushed back to 24th of October but I’ve been doing what I could at home. *very carefully * may i add.
My return to streaming is slowly approaching 👀 so stay tuned!
Ps how cute is sunny🥰

Uhh day 27/28 of meniscus repair ❤️‍🩹
I’m in the most awkward stage of recovery.
I’m able to move around, put pressure on foot , do minimal chores around the house, sit at pc for an hour or two.
Unfortunately can’t bend knee and inflammation is still there. Plus my knee feels like a hard rock , like a puffy hard rock.
Emotionally I’m over this s**t man. But I know time is healing so just gotta be grateful for the little things I am able to do🥲

Day 24 of Meniscus Repair Recovery ❤️‍🩹
I’m so blessed / grateful to have the support system I have.
These past few days I’ve seen major improvements with swelling, movement and mobility.
I’m looking forward to slowly getting back to my norm and being able to start doing jiu Jitsu again in the near future 🤗🫰🏽💃

Being at our gym has now become my new fun, and getting to teach our students is always so rewarding ☺️
