Lady Gaga is seeking more than **$232,000 in legal fees** from California surf brand Lost Surfboards after defeating its lawsuit over the name *Mayhem*.

The company claimed Gaga’s album, merchandise and logo could cause confusion with its long-running “Mayhem” surfboard brand.

A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit, finding the surf company had failed to establish trademark infringement.

Now Gaga’s lawyers are asking the court to make Lost pay her legal costs, calling the lawsuit a **“publicity stunt.”**
