Charlie Mitchell made history in 2022 as the first Black chef in NYC to earn a Michelin star! As co-owner and executive chef at Clover Hill in Brooklyn Heights, he’s changing the game and redefining fine dining. Plus, he’s only the second Black chef in the U.S. to ever earn the honor. Major respect! 🙌🏾✨
