Good morning everyone, I want to thank those that have applied for the 2021-2022 Virginia Emergency Medical Student Council. We are currently reviewing applications and voting will be sent out tonight to our current members. We anticipate being able to send out the results on Monday, May 3rd, however this may be pushed back for logistical reasons. Regardless, all applicants should hear from us within the week. Update: Prometric has assured us any future cancellation emails will include specific information about the affected appointments. Follow up emails with this additional specific information will be resent to those candidates who have received prior cancellations.

Update for Prometric scheduling, while this applies specifically to Osteopathic students it would not surprise us if a similar announcement will be made shortly by NBME.

"To comply with social distancing requirements and ensure the safety of Candidates and Staff, Prometric has reduced testing capacity at all sites. This will result in some COMLEX-USA candidates being cancelled out of previously scheduled or rescheduled appointments."
