MINGLANILLA PLAZA OFFICIALLY OPENS TO THE PUBLIC

A very special moment gyud for Minglanilla kay opisyal na gyud nga giablian ang new Minglailla Plaza, ug klaro kaayo nga excited ang tanan. From early afternoon pa, families arrived holding hands, barkadas laughing together, and couples taking photos, all eager to witness this milestone para sa lungsod.

Human sa ceremonial ribbon-cutting, naa puý fireworks display. And to make the day even more memorable, visitors were treated to free ice cream and popcorn—simple treats pero nakadugang ug warmth sa atmosphere. LANDSLIDE SA BARANGAY CUANOS

Aduna’y landslide nahitabo sa Barangay Cuanos, ug tulo ka areas ang naapektuhan: Purok Saging, Purok Cacao, ug Purok Lumboy. Authorities confirmed nga walay naangol sa maong insidente.

Dali nakadeploy og response teams ang LGU Minglanilla, ug ongoing karon ang heavy equipment operations aron ma-restore ang road access sa affected areas.

As of this report, na-clear na ang Purok Saging ug Purok Cacao, samtang padayon pa ang clearing sa Purok Lumboy.

Personnel gikan sa MITCOM, MDDRMO, ug Barangay Council ang nagtinabangay sa site aron mapaspasan ang clearing efforts ug masiguro ang public safety.

Residents are advised to stay alert and cautious samtang nagpadayon ang operasyon.

VEHICULAR ACCIDENT

Around 12:40 PM this afternoon, usa ka vehicular accident ang nahitabo sa Pakigne area duol sa Bakong. Ang insidente self-accident, diin usa ka tawo ang na-injure ug naipit ang iyang right foot tungod sa impact sa pagkabanga sa street lamp post.

Dali usab kini girespondehan sa atong MITCOM, MDRRMO, ug RHU team ug nadala dayon ang biktima sa MDH.

Ang sakyanan nga nalambigit mao ang usa ka Bongo pick-up nga nagkarga ug dagko nga ligid. Sumala sa drayber, nawad-an siya ug brake, ug ang kaso giturn over na sa PNP para sa dugang imbestigasyon.

The Sacred Image of the Immaculate Heart of Mary gikan sa Pontevedra, Spain, has officially arrived in Minglanilla after its stop at the Cebu Cathedral. The Holy Image is now housed at the Archdiocesan Shrine of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, where it will remain until Saturday morning.

Minglanilla is among the blessed destinations sa iyang pilgrimage around Cebu, giving residents an opportunity for prayer, reflection, and devotion.

May this sacred visit inspire peace, healing, and unity among all Minglanillahanons.

Nakadawat og fire alarm ang Minglanilla BFP karong hapon sa St. Joseph Village, ug dali dayon kini girespondehan nila kuyog ang mga MITCOM personnel.

Usa ka apartment ang naapektuhan ug partially burned ra ang status kay naabot dayon ang BFP sa lugar at 4:45PM ug napalong ang sunog by 5PM.

Padayon pa ang imbestigasyon sa BFP aron mahibaw-an ang hinungdan sa sunog.

Mao kini ang current traffic situation sa Minglanilla karon. Both southbound and northbound lanes are experiencing light traffic, hapsay ug kalma ang dagan sa mga sakyanan.

MITCOM personnel are currently stationed in their assigned areas to ensure order and safety, samtang nagpadayon ang 24/7 monitoring sa MITCOM Command Center.
