Today we mourn the passing of Ivy, known as Bebe Ibyang and Alwina Matatag in the gaming world. She fought valiantly against cancer(leukemia) for over three years, demonstrating unwavering strength. Despite the immense challenges, she never quit. Ivy didn't show weakness; instead, she remained incredibly tough and strong throughout her battle.
Though our paths diverged months ago, we respected each other's boundaries in our decision to part ways. We are deeply grateful for everyone who prayed for her, and now she rests in the hands of our creator.
Thank you to all who have sent their condolences during this difficult time. Your support is a source of comfort as we remember Ivy and the indelible mark she left on my life. Ivy was not only a fighter but also an advocate for change and impact in the world. She always wore a smile, even in times of difficulty, inspiring those around her with her positivity and resilience.
I fondly recall the times I watched her on Discord video calls during her treatments, witnessing her strength and determination firsthand. Ivy passed away on the morning of April 25th, PHT.
I will never forget the lessons and memories we shared, from the K-dramas and movies we watched together during her hospital stays, Dota even at the Hospital. To the laughter and tears we shared, and even the roleplays of Alwina Matatag and Gabriel Martin Chavez. And all our memories when you visited me here in the Philippines twice.
Ivy also helped me become tougher, even during the stressful days IRL Work and at GTA my roleplay as Chief Gabriel Martin Chavez. Her support and encouragement were invaluable during those times. With her, Quitting was never an option.
Lastly, to Ivy, I say thank you for everything. Your courage, kindness, and determination to create change will forever be remembered. You helped me to become a better and stronger person.
The original Eagle One is now offline, but will always be my eyes in the skies and will forever be remembered. You will always be a part of me iBYanG_xOXO04 j3Jej3.
Rest in peace Ibyang, No more pain. Knowing you are deeply loved and cherished.🦅🤍
