Listen up, Men! 9 to 5 is the biggest scam.

This is the most backward, self-sabotaging mentality you’ll ever encounter. People will sacrifice 40 years of their lives building someone else’s dream but can’t commit 3 years to building their own. It’s insanity! They’ll clock in, take orders, and live paycheck to paycheck, all for the illusion of stability. Meanwhile, their potential rots in the shadow of fear and laziness.

Let me break it down: every time you show up for someone else’s company, you’re trading your life for pennies compared to what they’re making off you. They own your time, your energy, and your skills because you gave it to them willingly. Now imagine if you channeled that same dedication into your own vision. Three years of discipline, sacrifice, and grinding can set you free for life.

But here’s the problem: most people are too scared to bet on themselves. They’d rather spend decades in the comfort zone, doing the bare minimum, while their bosses vacation in exotic destinations, living off their hard work. Do you really want to be that man—the one who dies with unfulfilled dreams because he lacked the courage to try?

Starting your own business isn’t easy. It’s not supposed to be. The first few years will test your resolve, but those are the years that separate men from boys. Three years of building something that’s yours beats 40 years of building someone else’s empire.

Men, wake up! If you can dedicate your life to making someone else rich, then you can damn well dedicate a few years to yourself. Stop fearing failure—it’s part of the process. Embrace the grind. Build your legacy. Because at the end of the day, working for others isn’t stability—it’s a slow death. Be bold. Be relentless. Own your future.

THE 48 LAWS OF POWER.

A Book written by Robert Greene that offers a Series of Strategies for Obtaining and Maintaining Power in various situations. Here I leave you a summary of the 48 Laws:

1. Don't Outshine the Boss: Make your Superiors feel Superior. Don't expose your Talent too much or you might Trigger their Insecurity.

2.Don't Trust friends too much, use your Enemies: Friends Betray you more easily, but if you Manage to WIN an Enemy, they will be more Loyal.

3. Hide your Intentions: Keep People Off Balance so they can't anticipate your Actions.

4. Always say Less than Necessary: Silence Breeds Power, and Talking too much Reveals your Plans.

5. Protect your Reputation at all Costs: Reputation is the Cornerstone of Power.

6. Call Attention at all Costs: Be Visible to be Relevant.

7. Make others Work for you and Attribute it: Take Advantage of the Work and Effort of others to your Advantage.

8. Make others come to you: Don't Run after Others, make them Look for you.

9. Win with Actions, Never Arguments: Prove your Point through Actions, Not Words.

10. Avoid Losers and Unhappy: The Misfortune of others is Contagious; stay away from those who Bring you Down.

11. Make People Depend on you: If others Depend on you, you're in Control.

12. Disarm with Sincerity and Selective Generosity: Emotional Disarmament will give you an Edge.

13. When you ask for Help, Appeal to the Interests of Others: Appeal to what Benefits Others, not Gratitude or Compassion.

14. Introduce yourself as a Friend, act as a Spy: Learn to Extract Valuable Information from others without them Noticing.

15. Crush your Enemy Completely: Do not let your Enemy Recover, or he will seek Revenge.

16. Use Absence to Increase Respect: The Value of something Increases with Scarcity..

17. Keep Others in Suspense: Be Unpredictable, you will Confuse Others and Gain Power.

18. Do Not Isolate yourself: Loneliness Weakens you; Engage yourself in the Web of Influence.

19. Know Who You’re Dealing

80% of Data Insights Come from Statistics!

And 90% of data professionals agree: knowing statistics is essential for career growth. But often, people overlook the core concepts.

Let’s break down some key areas with examples:

1. Descriptive & Inferential Statistics:-

➡️ Descriptive means summarizing data (like average, median).
Example: Finding the average sales per month from last year’s data.
➡️ Inferential is using sample data to make predictions.
Example: Estimating next year’s sales based on last year’s trends.

2.Probability Distributions:-

➡️ Probability tells us how likely something is to happen.
Example: If you flip a coin, there’s a 50% chance it’ll land heads.
➡️ Distributions like Normal, Poisson, and Binomial help predict outcomes.
Example: In a class, most students will score near the average (Normal distribution), but you might have one or two outliers who score extremely high or low.

3. Sampling Techniques:-

➡️ Sampling means picking a small group to represent a large group.
Example: Instead of asking every person in the city about their favorite food, you survey 1,000 people and use that to predict the city’s favorite dish.

4. Covariance & Correlation :-

➡️ Covariance and correlation measure how two variables move together.
Example: If temperature increases, ice cream sales usually increase too (positive correlation).

5. Hypothesis Testing :-

➡️ This helps test if a claim is true.
Example: A company claims their new product increases customer satisfaction. Using hypothesis testing, you compare customer feedback before and after the product launch to see if the change is significant.

Learning these basics makes you more accurate and helps you make better decisions when creating charts, making predictions, and analyzing information.

The future of data depends on numbers, so let’s make sure we get them right!

Believe it or not, digital skills have been necessary for the workplace for decades. For as long as there have been computers, servers, and electronic communications, there has been a need for digitally inclined professionals, like IT specialists and employees who can safely eject a floppy disk.

Digital skills are defined as the ability to find, evaluate, use, share, and create content using digital devices, such as computers and smartphones.

These days, the digital skills required in the workplace are a bit more advanced, and companies expect the vast majority of their employees to have them, not just a select few. Technology is at the center of our lives, and as our dependence on the internet and digital communications increases, our workforce must keep up with the transformation.

Why aren't you Learning a Digital skill yet?

Warning for Men in Their 20s 🥶🤦

Men it is true that in your 20s, it’s time to face the harsh truths. This decade is crucial for laying the foundation for the rest of your life. You have to get real and understand what’s at stake. "Kanayo O Kanayo"

Don’t Let a Woman’s Love Confuse Your Brain. First off, stop letting a woman’s love mess with your head. At this age, it’s easy to get caught up in the thrill of romance, but you need to be smarter. Love at this stage can be misleading. Women will tell you everything you want to hear, but don’t let it cloud your judgment. The majority of relationships formed in your 20s won’t last into marriage. Focus on your growth and ambitions instead of getting lost in romantic illusions. You think she’s the one? Think again. Most likely, she’s not. Don’t waste your energy and emotions on something that’s statistically bound to fail. "Kanayo O Kanayo"

Focus on Building Your Purpose. This is the time to find and build your purpose. Prioritize your goals and ambitions over relationships. Building a strong foundation for your future is far more important than catering to the demands of a relationship that might not last. Your 20s are for setting up a career, understanding your passions, and laying down the groundwork for a successful future. Relationships can wait; your career and purpose cannot. If you sacrifice your ambitions now for a relationship, you’re setting yourself up for regret later. Understand that there is a high likelihood that the woman you are dating now will not be your lifelong partner. This isn’t to say that relationships aren’t important, but don’t put all your energy into something that statistically won’t last. Focus on personal development and let your relationships complement, not dominate, your life. Don’t be fooled into thinking every girl you date is “the one.” Be realistic and prioritize your future. "Kanayo O Kanayo"

Your 20s are the best time to acquire skills that will secure your financial future.
