In 1977, a 15-year old was asked if she wanted a ride in his newly acquired1970 Chrysler New Yorker. She agreed. He then took her on an hours long tour of the countryside...at night. According to records, he pulled in behind some grain bins between Warren and TRF...then (insert word choice here) her. Two days later, it was reported and the victim was examined and interviewed. 14 months later, it was dropped. The bottom of the incident report says, "6-23-78 Action to be dropped." Why? This is where it gets weird.

The victim said he had been working as a criminal informant trying to get information on her family members. What are your thoughts on that? The reality is she was 15....a minor...and although he'd moved to Washington, it was an extraditable offense.
