Thatโs where independent labels still matter. Not as gatekeepers, but as collaborators. Artists need more than distributionโthey need strategy, accountability, and someone in their corner who understands both the creative process and the business side of things.
Since 2014, Root Nine Records has released albums by blues and blues-rock artists who are pushing boundaries while staying grounded in tradition. In 2024, we signed GXB and released a new wave of rock music that expands our catalog and reflects the evolution of the independent scene.
