*Procedure:
1. Prepare the wet ingredients - fresh milk, calamansi juice & rind, egg, and melted margarine.
2. Prepare the dry ingredients - all-purpose flour, baking soda, and powder.
3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix.
4. Fill the muffin liner with 2 scoops of batter.
5. Bake at 190C for 25 minutes.
6. Make the calamansi syrup. Let it cool.
7. Brush the muffin top or dip the muffin in the calamansi syrup.
8. Serve with the favorite drink and enjoy!

Let's grill pork belly - this is our Pork BBQ using Barbecue Seasoning Mix.

I started this recipe mix series since my brother gave me a lot. This time, I want to try this barbecue flavor mix. I normally make my own BBQ marinade, and this makes it easier for me. I cooked Java rice to go with it, as it is the best partner for it.

*INGREDIENTS: 1 sachet of Barbecue Seasoning Mix for the pork belly strips;
For the Java Rice: garlic, onions, turmeric powder, atsuete powder, salt, ground white pepper, day-old rice (you can also add banana ketchup and oyster sauce}
*Procedure:
1. Prepare the barbecue seasoning mix as per the sachet instructions.
2. Pour over the pork belly strips. Coat well.
3. Marinate for 4 hours or overnight {for best results}
4. Grill the meat until well done.
5. Cook Java Rice.
6. Serve with your preferred dipping sauce. Enjoy!

Let's make Mini Turon in Rhum Sauce, a SARAPlicious snack recipe.

There's a famous food house in Manila that sells this type of turon, so we decided to make our own version of it. You will not taste the Tanduay Rhum flavor because the alcohol content evaporates during cooking.

3. Fry until golden brown.

6. Combine the fried turon and coat with the sauce well.
7. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
8. Prepare the milk powder dip.
9. When eating, dip in the milk powder and enjoy!

This is a simple and easy snack recipe you can cook at home. My husband decided to make this, as it is the perfect accompaniment to the pork dinuguan we cooked. You can also eat it as is, just spread butter on top.

2. In another pot, boil the sugar water.
3. Combine the ingredients for the batter except for the cooking oil and baking powder.
4. Pour the warm sugar water and mix.
5. Add the bloomed yeast mixture.
6. Grease the pan.
7. Add cooking oil and baking powder to the batter. Mix well.
8. Pour in the greased pan and steam over boiling water for 25 minutes.
9. Afterwards, remove from the pan and slice into serving pieces. Enjoy!

A quick and easy pasta dish, yet very flavorful and savory. This is light, very satisfying, and makes me want to eat more. It can be your brunch, lunch, or dinner paired with your favorite garlic bread or toast.

One of my favorite snacks is Beef Empanada | SARAPlicious recipe.

My first attempt at making this failed because the dough opened up while frying it. I decided to buy an empanada molder for ease, and it was a success! Now, I can make this at any time. In some cases, this can also be an appetizer or light meal.
