I am Rafiuzzaman Rafid, currently I'm studying Mechanical Engineering in IUT. Besides, I like Traveling, Exploring, Filmmaking, Capturing and Making cinematic videos and Telling stories through my Camera. I'm a lifetime learner who wants to explore and learn something new everyday. In this page my contents are mostly cinematography and filmmaking based. I make both natural cinematic videos and scripted short films. As I'm a cinematographer, I also work for commercial Projects as well.

সবকিছু কেন ঢাকাতেই হতে হবে? সব দেশের একটা নগর পরিকল্পনা থাকে, আবাসিক এলাকাকে আলাদা জায়গায় রাখা হয়, যেটার যেখানে থাকা উচিত সেখানে স্থাপন করা হয়, কিন্তু বাংলাদেশের সবকিছু একসাথে খিচুরি পাকানো ঢাকায়।

ঢাকায় কি সমুদ্র আছে যে নেভির হেডকোয়ার্টার, শিপিং হেডকোয়ার্টার ঢাকায় থাকতে হবে? ফিশারিজ,এগ্রিকালচার, সব সরকারি দপ্তরের হেডকোয়ার্টার, সব কর্পোরেট প্রতিষ্ঠান এগুলো কেন ঢাকাতেই হতে হবে? এখন দেখা যাচ্ছে প্রশিক্ষণরত পাইলটদের ট্রেনিংও এই ঢাকাতেই হচ্ছিল!

একটা বিল্ডিং রানা প্লাজা ধ্বসে কি অবস্থা হয়েছিল আমরা দেখেছি, আজকের ঘটনাও দেখছি। ঢাকায় যদি একটা বড় ভূমিকম্প হয়, সেটা সামাল দেয়ার সক্ষমতা কি বাংলাদেশের আছে?

ভূমিকম্পে ঢাকায় ২১ লক্ষ বিল্ডিংএর মধ্যে যদি এক হাজার বিল্ডিংও ধ্বসে পড়ে, মাসের পর মাস চলে যাবে উদ্ধার করা সম্ভব হবেনা, লাশের স্তুপ পড়ে থাকবে।

এখনের ঘটনাগুলো থেকে শিক্ষা নিয়ে প্রস্তুত না হলে, ঢাকার ডিসেন্ট্রালাইজেশন করে নতুন করে গড়ে না তুললে, বিরাট বড় বিপদ অপেক্ষা করছে৷

আর হ্যাঁ, ১০০-১২০ বছর পর পর এই অঞ্চলে ৮+ মাত্রার ভূমিকম্প হয়৷ শেষবার হয়েছিল ১৮৯৭ সালে। টেকটোনিক প্লেটে কিন্তু বিপুল শক্তি জমে রয়েছে...
