Hello hello hello hello! Those of you familiar with the newish Lifeways SUD (Substance Use Disorder) Drop-In Center in the Shamrock building in Ontario may have had a chance to be in groups there or have even just hung out! I have a dual-diagnosis and I enjoy the recovery focused support I've gotten there. I am DJing there on May 2nd, 2025 where they're having a Spring Fling BBQ. It starts at 3:00 p.m. and it never ends apparently! I hope you can read this photocopy, I didn't get a chance to snap a pic of the original colored one. Hope to see you there!

Hey everyone! We have an upcoming party at the new Peer Center/Drop-In located in the old DMV office right behind the Lifeways Sunset office. We'll celebrate Valentine's Day on Valentine's Day this year. I know we'll have food but I don't know what it will be. Because the new Peer Center has a kitchen already we will be trying it out instead of the usual VFW Hall meet up. I am excited to DJ in our new home and I hope as many adult Lifeways clients will attend!

The 2024 Lifeways Christmas Peer Party was a ton of fun! We celebrated and feasted on fish sticks, lasagna and mashed potatoes. The light up Grinch wasn't with me, I swear! Merry Christmas to everyone and have a Happy New Year!

Happy Holidays everybody! It is time for the 2024 Peer Center Christmas Party at the VFW Hall in Ontario on Friday, December 20th. As per usual all Adult Lifeways clients are invited and we are having fish sticks and fries for food. The party starts at 10:00 a.m. and goes until 2:00 p.m. And yer boy Vraar is DJing and we'll have a mix of Christmas and whatever else everybody wants to hear. Personally I really enjoy all the requests you guys do! See you there!

Tomorrow, the VFW Hall will host the Lifeways Peer Center Thanksgiving Party, and all adult Lifeways clients are welcome to join. The festivities will include refreshments and entertainment by your boy DJ Vraar.

The Peer Center Halloween party on the 25th was off the hook! There was a great turnout and I got to show off a new speaker.
Was really feeling it this year, we had a ton of great song requests and everyone told me how fun it was. Thanks to Lifeways for this event, we've got a few more parties heading our way the rest of the year, too!

I DJed for the Downtown event called Casse-Strole this last Saturday! I didn't expect to see so many people Downtown, the biggest turnout I've ever seen. The Tater-Tot Festival was taking place at the same time yet there was still so much foot traffic. It makes my day seeing people dancing or singing along to my music during the event! I had to remind myself "ok they didn't come just for me!" I brought the house down and raised some roofs at the same time anyways, a sight to see, I mean hear. Frosty Fest is November 23rd and I am excited to say I will be DJing there too!
