Ang panawagan ng paghiwalay ng Mindanao ay hindi solusyon kundi banta sa pagkakaisa ng ating bansa. Dapat tayong manindigan nang matatag laban sa anumang pagkilos na isang panganib sa pagkakaisa na binuo natin sa ating bansa.

Ang paghiwalay ay hindi isang lehitimong solusyon kundi pagtataksil sa ating konstitusyon na nagbubuklod sa atin. Ang anumang pagtatangka na sirain ang ating pagkakaisa ay isang pagkakanulo sa mismong tela ng ating demokrasya.
Ang ating watawat ay sumisimbolo sa sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani at pagkakaisa ng ating bayan. Ang paghiwalay ay pagtalikod sa sagisag na ito ng kalayaan at pag-unlad. Ipagmalaki natin sa ilalim ng ating bandila at magtulungan para sa kaunlaran ng bawat Pilipino.

Ang pagkakaisa ang ating lakas, at sa pamamagitan ng bukas na diyalogo, makakabuo tayo ng mas malakas, mas inklusibong Pilipinas. Ang pagtatanggol sa Pilipinas ay pagtatanggol sa ating integridad at soberanya.

Let us Say NO to secession and YES to a united Philippines that can overcome challenges together.

Statement of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict

The NTF-ELCAC hails President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s signing of Proclamations 403, 404, 405,and 406 for former rebels as a testament to the government’s unwavering commitment to unity, peace and justice toward genuine development.

The Task Force is committed to work and expedite the full implementation of the Proclamations that grants amnesty for former members of various rebel groups.

This is the moment that we all have been praying for our brothers and sisters who were blinded by their lost causes, particularly the Communist Party of the Philippines-New Peoples Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) and the Rebolusyonaryong Partido ng Manggagawa ng Pilipinas (RPMP) to be formally reintegrated into mainstream society.

In issuing these Amnesty Proclamations, the President recognizes the complexity of our nation's history and the diverse narratives that have shaped it. The amnesty initiative seeks to weave together the threads of justice, reconciliation, understanding, unity, and progress, transcending past grievances towards a shared vision of a unified and peaceful Philippines.

We thank the President for always walking the talk with a clear vision rooted in the principles of reconciliation and unity.

The amnesty serves as a bridge toward healing and reintegration for individuals who once stood on opposing sides of armed conflict. It is imperative to emphasize the profound commitment to justice and societal healing embedded within this amnesty program.

We call on the last remaining members of the CPP-NPA-NDF and RPMP to give up the armed struggle and formally return to the folds of the law, embrace this opportunity to finally reunite with their families, loved ones, and communities and become productive and peaceful members of our society once again. Let us move forward together, transcending past conflicts and differences, towards a future where peace reigns supreme. Our collective efforts today lay the groundwork for a more cohesive and prosperous Philippines tomorrow.

Jose Maria Sison founded the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) which serves as the Philippines’ longest running terrorist organization.
According to a video taken in 1987, Sison narrated which organizations are members of their terrorist group, and BAYAN was named one of its allied organizations.

Per PAMALAKAYA’s website, the PAMALAKAYA is a member of the militant group BAYAN. It is indirectly being controlled by the CPP.

PAMALAKAYA’s fisherfolk recruits primarily suffer the consequences of communism and serve as sacrificial lambs of the terrorist group.

SUBJECT: TELERADYO PROGRAM “ -TAGGING SA SERBISYONG BAYAN” DISCUSSION OF VARIOUS ISSUES

On 291000H August 2023, Rannie Barbo, pinch-hitting for anchor Andrew Sufrir, discussed the following issues in the teleradyo program -Tagging sa Serbisyong Bayan” over FlashTV. The first issue discussed in the program was ACT Rep. France Castro’s questioning of the confidential funds of the Department of Agriculture during the HOR budget hearing on DA for 2024. To note, President Ferdinand Marcos is the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture. Mr. Barbo said that Rep. Castro has also questioned the confidential funds of the Department of Education (DepEd) headed by Vice President Sara Duterte, who is the DepEd Secretary. He said that there are civilian agencies of the government such as the DepEd and DA that need these funds. For the DA, he said these funds are important for its campaign to stop agricultural smuggling which is one of the concerns affecting the country’s food security. He said that DA officials such as Senior USEC Doningo Panganiban and ASEC James Layug aptly explained the rationale of these funds since the DA is a member-agency of the National Intelligence Board (NIB), which addresses problems affecting food security such as agricultural smuggling.

Moreover, Barbo said that the DA confidential funds is likely important in its efforts since it is being used in its coordination and collaborative efforts with cognizant law enforcement agencies such as the PNP, AFP, the Bureau of Customs and other stakeholders on agricultural smuggling which recently gained prominence during the reported hoarding of rice, onions, sugar and meat products in the part months. To note, he said these collaborative efforts have resulted in the closure of warehouses used said illegal activities; seizure of smuggled agriculture products and the filing of cases against those involved.

Mr. Barbo also discussed the PNP’s report concerning the downward trend in crimes in the country for the first eight months of the year. He cited PNP figures that the number of crimes decreased by 6.19% as compared to the same period in 2022. Based on PNP data, theft of vehicles registered the biggest drop with 31.98% followed by physical injury – 15.87 percent; r**e – 14.66 percent. robbery - 6.36 percent; theft - 5.03%; motorcycle theft – 3.84%; murder – 2.07%; and homicide – 0.73%.

Lastly, Mr. Barbo discussed the “Bagonog Pilipinas” campaign of President Ferdinand Marcos Sr. The campaign is in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 24 signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin last July 2023. Under the “Bagong Pilpinas”, Barbo said that this shall serve as a guide to all government agencies in their undertakings to provide good quality service to the people. The campaign and its logo signify change for the country which has been the goal of the President to achieve political stability, economic progress and national unity for all Filipinos.
