This morning, I joined His Excellency Dr. Lazarus Chakwera and, thereafter, was with him as he addressed the nation. What a great statesman!

I echo his call for peaceful power transition and I urge all those at MCP HQ to not repeat what happened a few days ago, lest their actions be misconstrued as they were last time. This goes to all those that voted for us across the country.

I remain indebted to Dr. Chakwera for giving me an opportunity to serve in his cabinet for 9 months and, thereafter, demonstrating trust in me by appointing me as his runningmate. I will always remain grateful for his inspiration and fatherly love and guidance. Will work with him during this transition period and remain loyal to him.

To Nicky Chakwera, you have been my best friend and pillar. Will always stand with you no matter what.

To those that have stood with me, remember Romans 8:28.

To all my friends who have been coming to my house to stand with me since the day we voted, I am around and not going anywhere.

To those from Mzimba Central Constituency, I will represent you in Parliament once MEC announces my victory. Together, we will develop that constituency. I am glad to report that the graders are working on the 7th (last road) and will be winding up on Friday/Saturday.

To followers of this page, know that God is never four (4) days late as it was with Lazarus in the Bible. He has always been, and will forever be, on time.

Know that People Over Politics is an agenda that has just begun.

This is Lotanna, a devoted father and loving fiancé whose life was tragically cut short while playing the sport he loved 💔

He leaves behind his partner Roisin, their young son LJ and another child on the way. Friends and family have launched a fundraiser to bring him home to Nigeria and support his family during this heartbreaking time.
