5 weeks postpartum and surviving my first solo outing with the girls! Pumping on the go while we spent 3 hours at the park enjoying the sunshine and breeze. I had so much anxiety leading up to the outing and even on the drive there, but we made it and I’m so glad we did.

💧 Homemade Breast Milk + Coconut Oil Ointment

Use for: diaper rash, eczema, dry skin, or small irritations

Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp organic virgin coconut oil
• 1 tbsp fresh or thawed breast milk

Instructions:
1. Warm the coconut oil slightly until it becomes liquid (not hot).
2. Stir in the breast milk slowly until it’s well mixed.
3. Let it cool and solidify — it should turn into a creamy texture.
4. Store in a small sterilized container (preferably glass) in the fridge.
• Shelf life: about 3–5 days since it contains milk (you can freeze small portions to last longer).

Tip:
Apply a thin layer on clean, dry skin. If you’re using it for a rash, make sure the area is fully dry first.
