Gauge Update: 01/25/24 ~.375 on the gauge.
While the snow has melted, the rain hasn't done much. For reference, the last time Mill Creek ran, there was 2" on the gauge. The headwaters are a little East, so I can't say it's a direct correlation, but it's a good guesstimate.
