Something is shifting.

“Again Lauren?!”

Yes. This is what walking by faith and not by sight looks like.

Not because I planned it. Because God did.
When He becomes the center — really the center, not just the foundation you build around — everything else moves. The way you speak. The way you show up. What you create and who you create it for.

This podcast has always been for you. The woman who is carrying more than anyone sees. The mother, the wife, the daughter, the friend — the whole woman behind every role you fill. That has not changed.
What’s changing is the source.

I’m not creating from a place of inspiration anymore. I’m creating from a place of obedience. And I believe what God is calling me to build next is going to reach you in a way I never could on my own.
Something new is coming. And I can’t wait to share it with you.
— Lauren

“Apart from me you can do nothing.” — John 15:5.

Dear Mamas,

Amidst the whirlwind of laundry, school runs, and family activities, it’s easy to let your connection with God slip to the backburner. But even during the busiest days, there are simple ways to nurture your faith and find moments of peace.

Here are three easy practices you can incorporate into your daily routine:

1. Morning Gratitude: While enjoying your morning coffee, take a moment to reflect on three things you’re grateful for. This sets a positive tone for whatever the day brings!

2. Pause & Connect: When you have a spare minute-maybe while dinner simmers-breathe deeply and whisper a quick prayer. It can ground you and remind you of what truly matters.

3. Evening Reflection: Before bed, jot down one blessing from your day. Recognizing God’s presence in your life fosters gratitude and hope for tomorrow.

These moments don’t have to be long; it’s all about being intentional. Remember, you're not alone in this beautiful journey of motherhood.

How do you weave prayer into your daily life? We’d love to hear your thoughts! Share below!

I took a pause. Not because I quit—because I was listening. God's been doing something in the quiet, and The 31Her Podcast is reflecting that transformation.

New vision. Deeper roots. Same heart.

Yesterday in Bible study group, I learned what blasphemy of the Holy Spirit actually means in Matthew 12:22-45. Specifically verses 25-37.

Jesus healed a blind and mute man. Undeniable miracle. Divine power. Right?
The Pharisees saw it and said, That’s Satan’s work.” Jesus called them out: You know in your heart this is from God. If you attribute the Holy Spirit’s work to the enemy, that’s blasphemy. That’s unforgivable.

Not a mistake. Not doubt. But deliberately seeing God’s obvious work and calling it demonic. A heart-hardened rejection of truth they KNEW was real. The disrespect.

🪑 Here’s what’s sitting with me: How often do I see God moving and miss it? How often do I dismiss His work because it doesn’t look how I expected?

If you’re worried you’ve committed this sin—you haven’t. The fact that you care ❤️means your heart isn’t hardened. 🪨

I’m learning to recognize God’s work when I see it. To give Him credit. To honor the Holy Spirit’s power instead of dismissing it.
What’s God doing in your life that you might be missing? Let’s chat. 💬

What if this Sunday was different?
Not another week of striving to prove you’re enough. Not another cycle of showing up exhausted and leaving feeling behind.

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.” - 1 Peter 5:6

Humility isn’t smallness—it’s surrender. It’s releasing the pressure to be everything, do everything, fix everything. It’s trusting that God will lift you in His time, His way.
This Sunday, lay down what you were never meant to carry. Stop striving. Start trusting.
You’re not behind. You’re exactly where He’s preparing you to be lifted.

How will you humble yourself today? Drop a 🤍 if you’re choosing surrender over striving.

When the laundry’s piled high, the baby won’t sleep, and your to-do list is longer than your patience — this is the truth I’m clinging to. 🤍

God is in control.

Not just of the big things. Not just of the miraculous moments. But of the messy middle. The mundane Wednesday. The overwhelm that makes you want to cry in the drop-off line.

He sees you. He’s got you. And He’s working everything — yes, even *this* — for your good. (Jeremiah 29:11)

You don’t have to have it all figured out today. You just have to trust the One who does. 🕊️

Drop a 🤍 if you needed this reminder today.
