🏡 The Only Home My Kids can remember Is Being Sold.
After 10 years in this house, our landlord has decided to sell.
Before it goes on the open market, I have a chance to buy it.
The monthly mortgage would be about the same as renting somewhere new in Portland.
The barrier isn’t the payment — it’s the down payment and closing costs.
