🚨BREAKING NEWS: Aweil South Football team president Anyar Control resigns

The president of Aweil South County football team in Juba, Anyar Kuol Aduor popularly known as Anyar Control, has resigned minutes after the team lost to Raja in the BCPT 1st Edition.

According to the facebook post, Anyar cited that his role has not been understood as a president of Aweil south County Footbal team in Juba.

"I'm here take this golden opportunity to tell the community of Aweil south that, I, personal Anyar kuol Aduor kuol aka Control has resigned from a position of being a president of Aweil South Football Association in juba from today, because have been trying my best to be serious but no one has ever understood that," his post reads.

This is not the first loss for the Aweil South football team; they were defeated in the final of Aweil Peace Tournament by Aweil East, 2-0, and were defeated again by Twic Mayardit, 1-0, in the BCPT, and today by Raja, 2-0, in the BCPT.

Until then, Control has been in charge of Aweil south County Football team in Juba as the team's president during the Aweil Martyrs Tournament in Juba.

However, it remains unclear whether Anyar Control will continue his role as Chairperson of 23 counties' presidents of Bahr El Ghazal Counties' Peace Tournament in Juba.
