Bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks… ATTEMPT #2 🥓🧀

After my first try, you guys gave me a bunch of suggestions — and one of the biggest was to use BREADED mozzarella sticks.

So I listened. 👀

Definitely better… but we’re STILL not there. 😂

Now I need your help with Attempt #3.

Do I precook the bacon? Change the cooking temp or method? Or am I missing something completely?
