Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
½ cup Sour Cream
1 can Rotel, green chilis with diced tomatoes
½ cup chopped green peppers
½ cup diced onions
1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
4 flour tortilla wraps
Shredded lettuce.

Instructions:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain any excess fat.
Add in the onions and peppers and sauté for 4 minutes.
Stir in the taco seasoning packet.
In a separate bowl, mix the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce together.
Place four large tortillas on a flat surface.
Spoon a layer of the Nacho Cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Top with meat mixture, sour cream, onions, peppers, and crushed Doritos.
Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll up like a burrito.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Place the wraps into the skillet and toast until crispy on both sides.
Serve immediately with shredded lettuce and any additional toppings you prefer.

𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐣𝐮𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 🌟😋

Ingredients:

12 oz (340g) pasta of your choice (penne or fettuccine work well)
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 oz (225g) spicy sausage, sliced (andouille or chorizo)
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method:

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Sausage:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside with the sausage.

4️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables:
Add the sliced bell peppers, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

5️⃣ Make the Cream Sauce:
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6️⃣ Combine and Serve:
Add the cooked pasta, sausage, and shrimp back to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat evenly with the creamy sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 lb deveined shrimp
3 cups broccoli florets
1 pack of smoked sausage
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions:
Make marinade sauce with all the ingredients besides the last 6 ingredients.
Add shrimp to 1/3 of the sauce and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Whisk cornstarch into remaining sauce and put aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat add oil and then broccoli. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Remove from skillet and put aside.
Add butter and cook shrimp & sausage on each side about 2 minutes, until shrimp are pink and form a "c" shape.
Add in remaining sauce and simmer 2-3 minutes. Add in broccoli and toss with other ingredients. Serve over rice or noodles or simply the way it is!😋❤️

Ingredients:
1 can(s)pineapple chunks, in their own juice
1 can(s)mandarin oranges, drained
1 bunchgreen grapes, halved
2bananas
1 pkgstrawberries, sliced however you want
1 boxsmall box of vanilla instant pudding (jell-o brand only – others just don’t taste right)
1you can also add other fruits that you like to this as you please.

Directions:
Pour the pineapple, juice and all into a bowl. Add the pudding mix and stir until creamy. Stir in the DRAINED mandarin oranges. Add additional fruit and stir in completely until covered and creamy.
Refrigerate the salad for a while until it is nice and chilled. Don’t let it sit to long or the banana’s will turn brown. You can also serve right after making this without chilling. Personally, it is much better chilled.

Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
5 boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets
12 oz spaghetti noodles
½ cup flour
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp oil

For the Sauce:
4 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
4 tsp minced garlic
2 small tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp flour
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta: Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken: In a Ziploc bag, combine ½ cup flour, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tsp Italian seasoning. Shake to combine. Add the chicken cutlets to the Ziploc bag and shake to coat well. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté until browned on each side and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt 4 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened. Stir in the diced tomatoes and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds. Sprinkle in 1 tbsp flour and stir to combine. Add the red pepper flakes and 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Gradually whisk in 1 cup heavy whipping cream and ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese. Continue to sauté until the sauce thickens.
- Combine and Serve: Stir the cooked spaghetti into the sauce. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet. Toss everything to combine and heat through.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 pound ground beef, lean
½ yellow onion
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic, freshly minced
3 cups water
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 can tomatoes, diced, (optional)
16 ounces spaghetti noodles

How To Make Homemade Spaghetti
- Turn Air Pot to Saute.
- When it is ready, add the onion and olive oil.
- When the onions are softened slightly, add the meat and the seasonings, cook until meat is done.
Add water after removing the meat, scrape the bottom very well to avoid Burn warning from Air Pot.
- Break the spaghetti in half and place in the Air Pot in a criss cross pattern.
- Pour Spaghetti Sauce over the noodles.
- Add the can of diced tomatoes on top of spaghetti sauce.
- Add the water by pouring on the sides and the top of the tomatoes.
- Push down slightly to ensure spaghetti is covered in the water.
- Place the lid on.
- Turn valve to sealing, press Pressure Cook.
- Set the time for 5 minutes.
- When the time is done, let pressure do a natural release for 5 minutes.
- Do a quick release until the pin drops.
- Open the lid and finally stir the spaghetti, sauce and tomatoes with meat all together.
- Serve with a dinner salad and garlic cheese toast if desired.

Directions:

Ingredients:
8 ounces pasta (such as spaghetti or linguine)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Shrimp:
While the pasta is cooking, season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear salmon fillets until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until the spinach is wilted and the sauce has thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Return salmon fillets to the skillet, spooning the creamy Florentine sauce over the top.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
