I recently posted about on my stories and many weren’t familiar with the term so here is an explanation! I hope it is helpful 🤍 My point was piggybacking off AMA question about why a “talking phase” is toxic! WE WANT A HEALTHY DATING LIFE where we aren’t caught up in this texting bullsh*t where love bombing is so easy because there’s ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. Words are NOT contracts. ONLY GO BY ACTIONS. If something feels WRONG TO YOU, and you have done the work on yourself (ie: examined your core wounds and regulated your nervous system) chances are you should listen to your gut. Your partner should be your safe space 🤍

Cue digging 10 years into a 31-year-old’s past to unearth random thoughts of an obscure Stanford co-ed. Still just a fledgling in this great big world, Christina Najjar (aka Tinx) likely never fathomed in a million years that anyone would care what she tweeted. “Tinx is climbing dangerously high on that success scale, so let’s throw a banana peel at her feet.” This is how I imagine the scenario. This simple yet extremely important request is from an exercise had us do at his retreat this past weekend. It will forever stick with me. I didn’t understand the sheer weight and significance that these seven words carry. “I need you to honor my space.” 🌸 Think about how LOGICAL this request is, but how often do we truly receive this, in full? 🌸 I hope you discover how important your space truly is.
I've known since 2008, and since that time, she has hit the ground running at warp speed. I have been consistently blown away with her vision and subsequent ex*****on in business as she trailblazed her way into the music industry.
Through sheer grit and determination, she now holds the title of Director of Artist Relations for #, a division of . From Houston, to NYC, to Nashville, this is one country gal who created her own path, spearheading projects and changing the game so as to forever leave her mark on the industry.

My strongest takeaway from the retreat this weekend, in my own words. This is my lightbulb moment. Thank you and ✨🌊
Recently I was in a situation where I was blaming my primal wound of abandonment for triggering my fight or flight. Turns out, my gut was kicking me with spurs on and I STILL tried shifting blame on to myself. I was in the drama triangle again, pinging between rescuer, victim and persecutor. (You can learn more about this in my episode with Anna and Kristina of .spiritual.fix)! Being hyper-aware of your traumas is great, right? But being aware of your gut instincts, enough to know the difference between them, is key. Lesson learned for me here and so I wanted to share with you that YOU DESERVE TO BE SOMEONE’S F U L L B O D Y “YES!” ✨ You are enough. xo 🕊🤍
