Healing isn’t Linear, and it’s not easy! It will be hard, it takes time and it doesn’t erase the past. But It is however worth it!

Think of trauma and pain like a wound you’ve been carrying around with you everywhere you go it’s not been cleaned it’s not been covered. When you go to care for it, the first step to ensure that it’s not infected is to clean it really well and it’s going to hurt and it sucks but once you get it clean and you get it, suture it up, it feels better. You always have the scar but at least now it’s healed.
