The hits keep coming from injuries, upsets, and bye weeks, but we’re conditioned fantasy managers. We’re built to weather these storms. This is when we dig deep and play those players that were lost deep on our benches, with names we’re unfamiliar with, but scored a touchdown last week. Because in our darkest hours we chase those points and hope whatever all-powerful-deity shines favour on us. Go get that win

It’s Canadian Thanksgiving this week and I would like to give thanks for good friends to play fantasy football with and for staying friends through all the wins & losses. Thank you for the fun times! Now, with 5 weeks of football come and gone, some of us are looking at the playoffs with excitement, some of us are looking at ways to get into the playoffs, and the rest of us are deciding if selling now to get a jump start on next year is out best course of action. It’s Week 4 and the injury bug is here. I would like to wish everyone a speedy recovery and that no more players will get injured this year. Please note, that is one wish with multiple conditions that should be relatively simple to grant on a scale of getting a Slim Jim snack for free from the vending machine versus World Peace. It’s pronounced “pu-tsin” according to Wikipedia, but I say it’s “poo-tin” when I’m talking about my favourite side dish of fries, cheese curds, and gravy. I highly recommend you try it. But do you know what's not good but still worth trying, just in case it got better? If you said the NFC South then you would be right. This division has not been good for some time now, but there are so many fantasy darlings that it has to be getting better…right? Let’s hope so as we break down this week’s division, the NFC South .

Westward Ho! To the land of the NFC West. A once prominent and powerful division, now it’s a shadow of its former self. What was once one of the premiere divisions has now turned itself into that awkward league mate whose team has no synergy, relying on older recycled vets, unsupported rookie talent, oft injured starters, and overpriced salvage projects. Yet, it still has some fantasy darlings with a few high-risk high-reward players that might be worth taking. For example, would you rather have CMC & Marvin Harrison or Puka Nacia & George Kittle?
