Drop one word to describe Meshack Ogonna Ugwuishi’s tenure as our Head Coach.
Meshack Ogonna Ugwuishi dedicated himself completely to improving the technical, tactical, and mental standards of our players. Passion defined his leadership, and his meticulous attention to detail shaped his coaching identity.
In what became known as Meshack’s ball, every aspect of the game mattered. His coaching philosophy placed technical ability above all else, emphasizing control, precision, and intelligent play.
One of his guiding principles was summed up in his famous quote:
> “Any player who has a good first touch and can pass the ball is technically competent to be in my STARTING XI.”
His influence continues to inspire how we approach the game today.
