Whenever you notice that you are be attacked by negativity thoughts, look on it not as a failure, but as a helpful sign that is telling you to: stop, breathe deeply and release and allow those negative thoughts to fade away be mindful and tune in to the center of yourself where you are organically & naturally present, this practice of deep breathing & mindfulness, is a very efficient way to calm the mind to remain in that peaceful & balance presence of being.

As consciousness we have codified our divine essence to bring it down to a human understanding to make it comprehensible we have created an illusion of separation in order to forget what is unfathomable. The thoughts that appear in front of you are not happening to you they are simply appearing like clouds passing by, these thoughts they can’t hurt you they can only fool you into believing in them to bring them in to manifestation, like a database the mind gathers all worldly information that deepens the conditioning and belief system that causes the illusion of fear. Now don’t get me wrong there can be dangerous situations or encounters, but fear is a choice. But as long as one remains grounded in the universal wisdom of truth one cannot be distracted by the resistance of mind. The I am is the divine consciousness and it is the same consciousness in all beings, it is only the mind that appears different but the “I AMness remains the same. So, if God is infinite, there is nothing separate, that it could exist in Gods divine presence.

So the only practice one should seek is the letting go of personal identity to reveal what is natural and already complete within yourself.
