Thursday, August 6, our First Thursday Theme Trivia is all about the iconic coming-of-age teen films of “The Brat Pack” (and adjacent actors) from the 1980s! Gather your friends, get your tea, together, and come on down to the Bunkhouse Bar & Grill for some good food, good drinks, and put your approximately expert knowledge to the test! Free drink prizes awarded to the Top 3 teams!

I won’t make y’all write an essay this time, but I do suggest studying for this one. And, because I can, dress for the era to earn bonus points!

If we don’t see y’all tonight, there’s still one more week in July (the 16th), before we’re off for a few weeks during Cheyenne Frontier Days (July 17-26) and through the end of the month.

Then we’re back, on August 6th, for First Thursday Theme Night - with “The Brat Pack” of 1980s teen films!

Here we go again, y’all!

It’s time for First Thursday Theme Night! And to help celebrate our nation’s semiquincentennial (that means 250th) anniversary - we thought it fitting, for our theme to be “The US vs. The UK”.

How much do you think you know about our shared history and culture? Get a team together, c’mon down to The Bunkhouse Bar & Grill @ 6:00pm, and put that knowledge to the test! 🤠 We’ll see you there.

Taking a look back at some recent music categories (everyone’s favorite round) of: “Brings May Flowers”, “Who Did it First”, and “Cowboy/Cowgirl Be-Bop” - what “One…” do you believe I’ll have y’all singing along with, next?

Side note: Would it be news to you, as it was every team, that “Amarillo by Morning” was originally recorded by Terry Stafford (1973) - not George Strait (1982), or Chris LeDoux (1975)?

We're just over one week away from another First Thursday Theme Night... and by popular demand, our theme for June 4, is The Lord of the Rings trilogy (of book and film)!

For those who prefer the more traditional style of Trivia Thursday - without the themes - come see us on 5/28 and then again on 6/11!
