S*x-for-grades “Professor” Charles Kambanda, an RNC stooge that dreamt of obtaining a high position in the government but failed due to unruliness, is yapping about Rwanda. As ever.

This time around, the fraudulent ‘professor’ couldn’t digest the reunion of President Kagame and his friend, New York mayor, Eric Adams, as they held a fruitful meeting on opportunities for partnerships, Rwanda’s economic growth, and innovative homegrown solutions.

Criminal pe*****le Kambanda stormed his Facebook and started to spew his usual smears; but, nobody is interested in his hogwash.

In his deteriorated life and lack of mental coordination, the s*x maniac Kambanda should know that his smears have flopped like himself. And it is imminent that this mentally deranged fellow Kambanda will land in a psychiatric ward before actualizing his bad dreams on Rwanda.

Charles Kambanda of the s*x-for-grades infamy seems to be losing his mind progressively. The fellow is who all along has been masquerading as a “legal expert” (to con an American university) and who often styles himself an “expert in international relations”, all of a sudden is a “military expert!” Mr. S*x Pest truly is a strange nut.

When he was still in Rwanda he claimed that he was a “philosophy teacher”, but at the same time a “lawyer.” What all this means is Kambanda is a veritable Semuhanuka.

With his mental health exacerbated by the total collapse of RNC, Kambanda surely needs help. Unfortunately he is just loose, out there. Recently Kambanda has been imagining he is a military expert, and appointing himself as the advisor of the Congo army. He even warned that “M23 was unlikely to survive Bunagana firepower”.

The hypothesis is that Kambanda is sucking up to DRC. Obviously the place is a safe haven for FDLR, hence RNC. Kambanda, just like all other agents of the terrorist RNC, is very easy to see through. The question is, when will St. John University his US employer discover this fraud, and realize this isn’t someone to keep exposing young minds to?

Whatever the case, that time will come and the criminal will get what he is due.

A very disturbing picture came out of Kampala yesterday, of Sulah Nuwamanya, the deadbeat father who abandoned his four children and wife in Rwanda and went to join RNC terror outfit in Kampala, together with Robert Kabera, a fugitive who fled to Kampala to avoid arrest for r**e of his own daughter. In the same picture too, was Prossy Bonabaana, the notorious RNC agent who is the reason Sulah abandoned his own family in Rwanda. Undoubtedly, this was a congregation of criminals celebrating in mockery of justice.

While the criminals wanted to send a message of perceived ‘victory’ to Rwanda where they are wanted to answer terrorism charges, the rest of us saw a display of delusional recklessness.
While the deadbeat father, Nuwamanya and the ra**st of his own daughter, Sgt Kabera thought they had defeated justice, after the grant of temporary freedom and even posed for a picture to gloat about this perceived ‘victory’; the right-minded people wonder why criminals are so naive to the extent that they cannot learn from experience and their own surroundings.

As the wise men say, a lie takes the escalator while the truth takes the stairs, but when the truth finally arrives, all those smiles and celebratory fist raising will freeze.

Deadbeat Sulah Nuwamanya goes into full panic mode as the long arm of the law stretches toward him

As the rug continues to be pulled from under the RNC agents’ feet, their rants are continually getting more unhinged. The loudest yelps are emanating from deadbeat father Sula Nuwamanya who fled Rwanda – abandoning his wife and four children – to join terrorism.

The arrest of Robert Kabera, who is wanted for crimes committed against his family, has hit very close to home. Shaken with panic, re****ed RNC agent and criminal Nuwamanya is launching social media attacks against the commander of Uganda’s land forces Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba. Why?

The re**rd is frightened because Kainerugaba isn’t tolerating RNC criminality at all! Nuwamanya and other RNC agents and goons can feel the long arm of the law stretching out to them, closer and closer!

But the deadbeat must know that he should not refer to himself as a refugee to shield himself from justice. He fled from family responsibility, and chose to go and join his fellow RNC agent concubine Bonabaana with whom they involved in terrorism against Rwanda.

They should know that what goes around comes around and it is time for him and other RNC criminals to pay for their crimes.

Panicky RNC agent and deadbeat father Sulah Nuwamanya has now appointed himself military adviser to Uganda’s commander of land forces and presidential adviser Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba. Delusional re**rd Nuwamanya thinks he is smarter than the general, or what? This criminal ought to be much more worried about arrest!

His rantings in fact all boil down to one thing: panic. Life has not been the same since the arrest of notorious RNC anti-Rwanda propaganda team leader, Obed Katureebe. The RNC agent, deadbeat father Sulah Nuwamanya is shaking with panic after news of the arrest of fellow Kampala-based RNC agent, Obed Katureebe aka Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere. In his panic, the re**rd is shamelessly invoking the name of God forgetting how he played an active role in the kidnap, incarceration and torture of innocent Rwandans in Uganda.

In an attack against Uganda’s Land Forces Commander Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the RNC lunatic troll reminds him that he took oath to protect “sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ugandan” but the re**rd forgets that Gen Muhoozi did not take oath to protect criminals operating from the Ugandan territory to undermine the stability of neighbors. RNC prophet of doom, the s*x-for-grades pest Kambanda exhibits signs of mental instability

Phony RNC “lawyer” aka s*x-for-grades “prof” Charles Kambanda must be having hallucinations these days.

The pest has jumped onto the contents of a USAID statement – issued after a meeting between USAID officials and Rwandan authorities – to make wild claims of a wishful thinking nature, very much in line with RNC terrorism propaganda of course.

Although the USAID statement was as simple and ordinary as they come, the RNC alarmist decided to make his interpretation according to RNC wishes. No Mr S*x-for-grades Kambanda, nowhere does the US cut cooperation with Rwanda. And remember, the US deals with Rwanda as an independent state, not a colony as RNC terrorist trolls wish to mislead.

The academic fraud might as well have been reading a different statement entirely. For a fraud who tells people, he is an “expert in international relations,” Kambanda’s statements tell much more about his dimwitted nature than anything else.

Panic-stricken deadbeat Nuwamanya cries with fear about RNC’s future in Uganda

Uganda-based RNC operative Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi is into panic mode after his name appeared on the list of RNC agents in Uganda whom the Commander of Land Forces-CLF, Lt. Gen Muhoozi Kainerugana, is due to take action on.

The deadbeat Nuwamanya has been scratching his big empty head, panicking about what his next destination (most probably prison to answer for his crimes against innocent Rwandans) together with his live-in concubine Prossy Bonabaana. This is in view of ongoing efforts to mend relations between Uganda and Rwanda.

The panic-stricken deadbeat dad of four abandoned children, Sulah Nuwamanya so-called “Rutaburamuchwezi” has seen the writing on the wall, and our advice to the fool is one: better deport yourself, otherwise your insults against the Rwandan leadership, and against Gen. Muhoozi are further exposing what a cornered yapper you’ve become!

The peace of Ugandan and Rwandan people is paramount, and the terrorism schemes of RNC and its agents such as this deadbeat can’t be allowed to disturb it forever.

It’s just a matter of time, the dimwitted agent Nuwamanya will be nabbed from his Mutungo hideout, together with the other criminals.

News reaching our desk from .JohnsUniversity have it that the so called Professor of Law , is closely being monitored after one of her students, a young female, accused him of forcing her into s*x.

Details remain scanty as the University wants to protect the safety and rights of the girl, but we understand she wanted just to know why she scored less in her latest test, a moment the s*x-predator used to unleash his folly.

So the fraud is using that to claim that “Rwandair is in trouble.”

Kambanda claims “Uganda Airlines will kick everyone else in the region out of the airline business.” The conman is clearly angling for another paycheck from Uganda, but only further exposes what a ridiculous character he is.
