My new photo-book, "Metro North Secrets: NHV to NYC", is now available—Preview and purchase link in the comments! This is a fundraiser to help me with tuition costs and living expenses while at the International Center of Photography in New York City for the Documentary Practices and Visual Journalism program from August, 2024–June, 2025. Tuition and estimated living expenses are over $65,000 for the duration of the program. I am grateful to have earned the $30,000 directors fellowship scholarship, and am seeking support to help with the remaining $35,000, which is still a daunting sum!
"Metro-North Secrets: NHV to NYC" is a richly illustrated, 88 image document, that presents a photographic narrative conflating over a dozen train rides taken between June 2017 and May 2024 into one sequence. It captures the iconic landscape features of this journey, retrieving them from the instantaneousness of their appearance and disappearance.
