Braised Thai Green Curry Cabbage 🥬
Quarters of seared cabbage braised in a simple green Thai curry consisting of coconut milk, veg stock and curry paste. After a hour in a 350 degree oven, flipped every 20 minutes, this perfectly tender, rich and spicy dish hits. Garnished with a plethora of herbs and chili crisp rounds the flavors out very well.
Since losing over 70 pounds if dishes like these, I enjoy challenging myself. Utilizing flavors and textures that I enjoy while focusing around whole foods. This super simple braised cabbage dish is also vegan.

I finally feel like I’m in a spot where making content again is not only doable but enjoyable so be looking out over these next couple months and definitely the new year for more family meal and original content.
