Saying “No thank you” is VITAL💕🫶🏽💕

I transitioned from work to home for a few and it has been interesting in the last two weeks. Of course, that means I had time right? Haha….more like forgetting I am a mother of two kids one going to high school and one still in middle school. I learned fast I had NO TIME🤣🤣🤣

My plate is full and I can’t take on anything else. My mind has a way of taking on more than I should. A few things I have had to back out of due to not me not being able to show up 100% effective. You do not want to run out of steam during times of rest. I will still support but as far as physical presence I have to say no even to things I asked to be a part of. I love taking on tasks and roles but this is my moment to rest and reset and not only do others but also myself have to make sure I’m listening to my boundaries and sticking to the goal.

Make sure you are resting and resetting💕🫶🏽💕
